We began as a two-person practice restoring Victorian terraces in East Oxford. What we learned there still shapes the studio: buildings reward patience, and the people who draw the detail should be there when it is built.

Today the team spans architects, interior designers, structural coordinators, joiners and site managers. We deliver private houses, heritage restorations, basements, and commercial fit-outs across Oxford and Oxfordshire — always under one contract and one point of responsibility.

We keep the studio deliberately small. It means we take on fewer projects each year, and it means the director who takes your first call is still involved on the day we hand over the keys.
