Basement work is engineering-led. We commission ground investigation, temporary works design and structural engineering before any excavation, and we monitor neighbouring structures throughout.
Type A, B and C waterproofing is combined with drainage, pumps and alarms to BS 8102, and lightwells or sunken courtyards are used wherever daylight can be introduced.
